At COP 31, global climate discussions underscore a clear reality: climate ambition is only as credible as the financing that enables it. As nations deliberate on post-2020 finance, just transition pathways, and long-term climate goals, the focus shifts to mobilising capital that can translate policy into execution. In this context, Blended Climate Financing under the ‘Tech for Circular Economy’ programme supports India’s pathway to mobilise up to USD 2 trillion by 2030, contributing to its USD 10 trillion green economy vision by 2070. By combining green funding instruments, sovereign incentives, and single-window clearances, Climate Financing bridges global climate commitments with on-ground implementation across sectors.
